Any person, company or organisation placing an order with the Company for the siting of an advertisement on the Website (“the Advertiser”) warrants that its content and artwork is accurate, decent, truthful and does not infringe copyright or any other legal right of a third party. The Advertiser indemnifies the Company against any loss, damage or costs incurred arising from breach of such warranty.

The Company reserves the right at its discretion to edit or reject any advertisement or to cancel the Advertiser’s order at any time. Any advertisement placed for business purposes must be placed only in the business designated area. Any advertisement on behalf of a NHS or community service provider must be placed on a not for profit basis.

By placing its order, the Advertiser agrees to pay the Company the applicable charge set out in the then current rate card. Payment for any advertisement is due when it is placed on the Website and should be made via the secure online payment facility, unless otherwise agreed. Time for payment shall be of the essence and interest shall be due and payable on all overdue amounts at the rate specified in the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 as applicable to a claim for statutory interest.

When arranging competitions or promotions, the Company reserves the right to change the applicable terms or type or specification of the prize on offer.
