HALF PRICE ACTIVITY AT SPIRIT OF SPORT CENTRE

Burnley Council are offering special weekend price reductions at the Spirit of Sport Centre in Burnley. From Saturday 7th July all sports hall and outdoor facility areas and activities at the centre for adults and juniors will be half price at weekends over the summer period.

Area Manager Paul Foster said, “The low price initiative is aimed at creating more access for people to indoor and outdoor sports facilities and getting more people active over the summer”.
Facilities and activities in the half price weekend offer include:
5 a side football, badminton, basketball, netball, tennis, and Astroturf pitch hire.

Councillor Frost said,  “This offer is good especially for those who may not normally be able to access these facilities and I believe the centre is going one step further and loaning people racquets and balls free of charge throughout this promotion”.

Opening hours are Monday to Friday 6.00pm – 10.00pm, Saturday 12.00 noon – 6.00pm, Sunday 10.00am – 6.00pm.
